What we collect

• Your email address (required).
• What you follow, if you choose any: companies, states, power contracts, the filings wire.
• Your role, if you choose one (Developer/site selection, Utility/power, Lender/insurer/finance, Law/policy, Equipment/BD, Research/other).
• Campaign tags from the links you arrived on, if present: utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, and the ad platforms' click identifiers gclid (Google) and twclid (X). We keep the first tagged visit and the one just before you signed up, and which page of this site the form was on.
• A record of each accepted submission (time, page, wording version, the tags above) under a random submission identifier, so a retried submission is not counted twice.
• When you signed up and last changed your sign-up, which version of the sign-up wording you saw, and a random code that powers your unsubscribe link.

To limit automated submissions, a one-way hash of your network address is held for up to ten minutes. Expired entries are removed on the next sign-up. Your address itself is not stored.

Why

To email you about Seraphix Company Intelligence: early access to watch alerts, which are in development and not yet available, and occasional coverage updates. And to know which topics and campaigns bring people to the list. We'll email only about Seraphix Company Intelligence. We do not sell or share the list. It is stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare.

Cookies and trackers

The form sets no cookies and loads no third-party trackers. Campaign tags are kept in your browser's session storage for this tab only, so they reach the form if you move between pages; the browser discards them when the tab closes.

How long

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. After you unsubscribe we keep your email address marked as unsubscribed, so it is not emailed again. If you want it removed entirely, ask and we will delete the record.
