On September 1, 2026, we entered into a sale and purchase agreement to invest in two jointly held entities (the "Asia-Pacific 4 Joint Venture") that would purchase the assets and liabilities relating to two data centers located in Greater Tokyo, Japan from the Asia-Pacific 1 Joint Venture. We agreed to acquire 10% ownership interests in each entity that comprises the Asia-Pacific 4 Joint Venture. The transaction closed on October 1, 2026 and we contributed $133 million, including applicable taxes and closing adjustments.
